Sleeping during the nighttime helps you grow taller; does daytime naps do the same thing?
I actually find myself sleeping quite a bit during the daytime. Maybe around 4-5 hours when I’m tired.
So far I’ve only heard that nighttime sleeping helps you grow taller. Is it the same for sleeping during the daytime?
It appears to be the depth of sleep that counts…
